These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the i1bet platform and all services provided through it. Please read this document carefully before registering or placing any wager.
Before reading the full agreement, these cards highlight the most important obligations and protections that apply to all i1bet members.
Registration at i1bet is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. i1bet reserves the right to request identity verification at any time and to close accounts where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.
Each individual may hold only one active i1bet account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same identity, household, or device — are prohibited. i1bet may void balances and close all duplicate accounts upon discovery, without prior notice.
All bonuses and promotions offered by i1bet are subject to wagering requirements and time limits specified at the time of the offer. i1bet reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time. Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim promotions — will result in account suspension.
All financial transactions on the i1bet platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion. i1bet only processes withdrawals to payment methods registered in the member's own verified name. Processing times vary by payment channel.
The use of automated software, bots, exploit strategies, or any form of collusion on the i1bet platform is strictly prohibited. Fraudulent chargebacks, money laundering, or any activity that manipulates game outcomes in a manner not consistent with normal play will result in immediate account closure and potential legal action.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable under i1bet's international gaming licensing jurisdiction. By accepting these Terms, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable regulatory authority for any dispute arising from your use of the i1bet platform.
By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by i1bet (accessible at https://i1bet.co and any associated subdomains or applications, collectively the "Platform"), you ("Member" or "You") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the i1bet Privacy Policy and any supplementary rules, bonus terms, or game-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").
If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if already registered, request account closure via the support channel.
i1bet reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where material changes are made, i1bet will provide notice through the Platform or by email to your registered address.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
3.1 Age Requirement. The Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. It is the Member's sole responsibility to verify that access to and use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. i1bet does not warrant the legality of use in any particular jurisdiction and expressly disclaims liability for any breach of local law by the Member.
3.2 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Registrations sharing the same full legal name, national identification number, postal address, email address, device, IP address, or payment method as an existing Account may be treated as a duplicate and closed at i1bet's sole discretion.
3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at registration and update it promptly if any details change. i1bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of any submitted information at any time. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.4 KYC Verification. Prior to processing the Member's first withdrawal, i1bet will require the submission of valid government-issued identity documentation (Malaysian IC MyKad or passport) and, where applicable, proof of address. Accounts that fail KYC verification may have withdrawal facilities suspended pending satisfactory document submission.
3.5 Restricted Jurisdictions. i1bet does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. Members are responsible for determining the lawful status of online gaming in their jurisdiction prior to registration. i1bet reserves the right to block access to the Platform from any jurisdiction at its discretion.
4.1 Your Account credentials, including username and password, are personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account.
4.2 i1bet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your Account security settings. i1bet accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
4.3 You must notify i1bet's support team immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. i1bet may suspend your Account pending investigation upon receiving such notification.
4.4 You must not share your Account with, or permit access by, any third party, including family members. Any Wager placed from your Account, regardless of who placed it, is deemed to have been placed by you and will be settled accordingly.
5.1 Currency. All Account balances, Wagers, and financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). i1bet does not charge currency conversion fees as all operations are conducted in MYR.
5.2 Deposits. Deposits may be made via the payment methods available on the Platform at the time of deposit, which include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, and Public Bank FPX, among others. Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the Cashier section. Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmation of receipt by i1bet's payment processor.
5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in the Member's verified name only. i1bet will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are published in the Cashier section. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are set out in the Cashier section of the Platform.
5.4 Incomplete Wagering Requirements. Where Bonus Funds are subject to outstanding wagering requirements at the time of a withdrawal request, the withdrawal will be processed from the real-money balance only. Bonus Funds and any winnings attributable to Bonus Funds that have not completed wagering requirements may be forfeited at i1bet's discretion.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. i1bet is obligated under its international gaming licence to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on transactions. i1bet reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any transaction that triggers AML compliance review procedures, including requesting source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
6.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits awarded by i1bet are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering requirements specify the total value of Wagers that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds — and any associated winnings — become withdrawable as real money. Contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game type and are specified in the applicable promotion terms.
6.3 i1bet reserves the right to decline, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects the Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple Accounts, placing low-risk Wagers designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements (also known as "bonus hunting"), or exploiting errors in promotional mechanics.
6.4 Bonuses and promotional credits are non-transferable and hold no cash value prior to the completion of applicable wagering requirements.
7.1 Wagers placed on i1bet's sportsbook are governed by the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market as published on the Platform. Sportsbook results are determined by official league or governing body results. i1bet uses reasonable endeavours to ensure accuracy of results but reserves the right to void Wagers where manifest errors in odds have occurred.
7.2 Casino and live dealer games are governed by the individual game rules published at the point of play. All outcomes in RNG (random number generator) games are determined by certified RNG software audited by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical events — cards, dice, roulette wheel — visible to the Member via live HD video stream.
7.3 In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a Wager, i1bet will use server logs to determine the outcome of any affected bet. If the outcome cannot be determined from server records, the Wager will be voided and the stake returned to the Member's Wallet.
7.4 All Wagers are final once confirmed. i1bet does not reverse or cancel confirmed Wagers except as expressly provided in these Terms or applicable game rules.
Members must not engage in any of the following activities on or in connection with the Platform:
i1bet reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently close Accounts engaged in any prohibited conduct, withhold balances pending investigation, and refer matters to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, interfaces, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of i1bet or its licensed providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of i1bet. Your access to the Platform does not grant you any ownership rights over any content or intellectual property displayed therein.
i1bet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. i1bet will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities solely as required to operate the Platform and fulfil licensing obligations.
i1bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. All Members are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their Account settings, including deposit limits, session reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. i1bet reserves the right to implement responsible gaming measures — including mandatory cooling-off periods or account restrictions — where it reasonably believes a Member may be exhibiting problem gambling behaviour.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, i1bet's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with the Platform, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the amount deposited by the Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 i1bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if i1bet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.3 i1bet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party system failures, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. i1bet shall not be liable for any losses sustained by Members during such periods of unavailability.
12.4 Gambling involves financial risk. i1bet does not guarantee any winnings and does not bear responsibility for any financial loss sustained through wagering activity on the Platform. You acknowledge that your participation in any gaming or betting activity is at your own risk.
13.1 i1bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, pending KYC review, regulatory compliance requirements, or any other reason at i1bet's sole discretion.
13.2 Members may close their Accounts at any time by contacting i1bet's support team. Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any unsettled Wagers and applicable bonus forfeiture) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method.
13.3 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, i1bet reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation and to apply any losses or costs incurred as a result of the breach against the withheld balance.
i1bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material, i1bet will provide advance notice via email or on-Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under i1bet's international gaming licensing jurisdiction. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under applicable local law.
15.2 Disputes. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact i1bet's support team in writing, setting out the nature and details of your complaint. i1bet will endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 calendar days of receipt of your complaint.
15.3 Escalation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under i1bet's gaming licence, whose decision shall be final and binding.
15.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
